How we use website activity and the contact details you share with MIPS.
Website visits
MIPS records pages viewed, referring website, broad country, device category, and active time on each page. A first-party browser identifier lasts up to 30 days. We do not collect keystrokes, record screens, store IP addresses in visit records, or buy anonymous visitors’ email identities. Visits from signed-in users or confirmed email subscribers may show their name and email in our private staff reports.
We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for page analytics. You can also switch collection off here. Raw page visits are retained for 90 days.
Email updates
When you ask for updates, we save your email, optional name, signup page, confirmation status, and consent record. Confirming starts the welcome and follow-up sequence. Every marketing message has an unsubscribe option. Registration, requisition, approval, and service-request emails are handled separately from marketing preferences.
Service requests
Concierge requests are shared with authorized MIPS staff. Our team receives email and SMS alerts containing the contact details and project information you submit so they can respond.
